We require Dynamic, Result oriented, Pragmatic, Self-motivated and Passionate candidates who are willing to work inside and outside valley branches. 1. Credit Analyst (CA)

Chartered Accountant/ Semi Qualified CA (Supervisor/Junior Officerl Officer) -Few

The Candidates are expected to work in the function of Credit Risk Monitoring and Data Analytics requiring candidates to be fully acquainted with overall banking including credit functions. Candidates must have expertise in assessing credit application files, complying with the Bank’s policy and procedures, and with the NRB Directives appropriately. Deputation: Head Office

2. Branch Manager (BM)-(Supervisor/Junior

Officer/Officer) -Few The candidate should be able to lead the Branch toward attaining the specified goals while enhancing the customer experience. They should also be able to train, mentor, and groom team members for better achievements. Job grade shall depend on market size/ experience competency of candidates.

3. Relationship Manager (RM)-(Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer) -Few

Candidates are expected to have a good product and competitive market knowledge while having qualities of a self-directed, strategic seller and problem-solving attitude. Candidates must have the ability to clients, utilize excellent communication techniques, and identify potential customer base for the growth of the Bank’s portfolio. Candidates must have expertise in writing credit application files, complying with the Bank’s policy and procedures, and with the strengthen working relationships with NRB Directives appropriately.

4. Operation Incharge / CSD/ Teller (Ops) (Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor) -Few

Candidates must have qualities to effectively manage Bank’s operation for delivering prompt and delightful financial service to the customers. The candidates are expected high level of competence and confidence on
to have team player quality while ensuring
the compliance of policies and procedures by the operation staffs. Importantly must have handling encountered financial/administrative issues on day to daytasks.

5. Executive Secretary (ES)-Assistant Level- 1 Position

Candidates must have good communication skills, well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails, the candidate must be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations while providing reliable and accurate support to executives and management while working with confidential information. Candidates must possess incredible problem solving and office coordinating skills excellent time management. and exhibit

Working Experience & Other Criteria for Applicants (BM, RM, Ops & ES)

Assistant level (Junior Assistant – Supervisor)

Minimum Qualification Junior for to Bachelor degree in Management or

Assistant/Assistant: Preference will be given

Economics.

Minimum Qualification for Senior Assistant

Supervisor: Bachelor Degree.

Candidates should possess Banking experience in the relevant field for at least 1 to 2 years for Junior Assistant/Assistant.

Candidates should possess experience in the relevant field for at least 2

Banking to 3 years for Senior Assistant Supervisor. Age of candidates should not exceed 35 years as of 5″ Asoj 2079.

Officer Level (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior

Officer)

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

(Preference will be given to Master’s degree).

Candidates should possess Banking experience in the relevant field for at least 3
5 years.

Age of candidates should not exceed 40

years as of 5th Asoj 2079.
